We stayed with you back in November for 3 nights and I could not have been more satisfied. I sent an email with the problem that we encountered and got a quick response to it.
The elevator could be a little slow during busy times but the energy and fun in the casino itself made up for it. Also the front part by coney island was so hot at all times.
I think someone said there was a problem with the heating in that room. You could not stay there and gamble but there were other options to where you could play.
It is just that they had a good selection of machines in that small room. Our overall experience was fabulous.

After some argument they honored the reservation I had made through expedia book through the hotel to avoid problems. Rooms were clean, beds super comfy and elevators quite pleasant.
Not sure why there were so many complaints about the elevator system As long as you follow the very simple directions they are very easy to use.
Only suggestion would be an update to the ventilation system. I found the air to be very noticeably smokey, while I did not notice the same in other Freemont casinos.

There was a bunch of us staying on the 12th and 7th floor. We arrived just after 3pm and our room wasn't ready. Ok no problem we'll wait.
